To purchase duty and tax free from the USA: You must be a member of a US based foreign Mission, UN, World Bank or governmental organization such as Organization Of American States and a registered E-Gov website user. If you have eligibility questions contact the Office of Foreign Missions (OFM) or the purchasing agent at your Embassy.
If you are an E-Gov user... good news... you're already qualified! Simply select Sandi Diplomatic Duty Free (Dynamic E-Markets) from the list of bonded warehouses and complete the online order form. You’ll need to download our product lists beforehand as cost and catalog numbers will be needed to complete your order. Once submitted the fine people at OFM will contact you via E-Gov. We don't start working until you send us the approved order form.
Canada & Mexico
To purchase duty and tax free from the Canada and Mexico: You must be a member of a foreign Mission, UN, World Bank or governmental organization such as Organization Of American States. We need a copy of your Diplomatic ID card. For Canadian stationed clients your name will need to be registered with the Canadian Office of Protocol.
We’ll organize your order, prepare the shipment and contact you for payment prior to shipping. We accept all credit cards, wire transfers and bank drafts... even Maple Leafs, Pandas and Krugerrands! Special orders and the really big to-do orders are pre-paid and we'll contact you.
RETURNS: If you need to return an order please notify us immediately so we can make arraignments. Returns are subject to 20% restocking fee and shipping fees. We notify OFM. Sadly, special orders are not refundable..

Get Approval From State
We have warehouses in San Diego, San Francisco, New York City, Washington D.C., Miami and Houston. Orders are shipped from the closest bonded facility. There is no charge for shipping within the USA. For orders shipped to Canada and Mexico see flat fee rates in catalog.
After your order is picked up you will receive a tracking number. In some cases orders may be split and shipped separately, you'll be notified. We use the highest IOS rated shipping cartons but in the unlikely event a package arrives damaged - report to the carrier immediately and if possible take an image of the damage. All shipments require signatures.
If you experience a damaged item email us so we can get to work replacing it ASAP. In some cases you may need to keep the damaged box and item a few extra days for the carrier to pick up. We will notify OFM.
